Budez OD Tablet ER belongs to a group of medicines called steroids. It is used to treat moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. It helps relieve pain and inflammation caused by the condition.Budez OD Tablet ER can be taken with or without food. To get maximum benefit of the medicine, take it regularly and at the fixed time of each day. Do not discontinue taking the medication without talking to your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.Budez OD Tablet ER may cause few common side effects such as mood changes or stomach upset. Taking Budez OD Tablet ER can also make it harder for you to fight off infections. Tell your doctor if you have any signs of infection such as fever or sore throat.


Alcohol: It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Budez OD Tablet ER. Pregnancy: Budez OD Tablet ER may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Budez OD Tablet ER is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. If Forget: If you miss a dose of Budez OD Tablet ER, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Budez OD Tablet ER is a steroid. It works by blocking the production of certain chemical messengers that cause the inner surface of the large intestine (colon and rectum) to become ulcerated and inflamed (swollen) resulting in pain.
