Thalep 400mg Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of chronic iron overload caused by frequent blood transfusion. It helps remove the excess iron from the body and reduce the risk of it causing organ damage.Thalep 400mg Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach. Take it in the exact dose and duration and take it regularly at a fixed time each day to get the maximum benefit from it.Using of Thalep 400mg Tablet may cause common side effects such as nausea, headache, constipation, and diarrhea. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Thalep 400mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Driving: Thalep 400mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Kidney: Thalep 400mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor. Liver: Thalep 400mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Thalep 400mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If Forget: If you miss a dose of Thalep 400mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
