Deferglob 250mg Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of chronic iron overload caused by frequent blood transfusion. It helps remove the excess iron from the body and reduce the risk of it causing organ damage.Deferglob 250mg Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach. Take it in the exact dose and duration and take it regularly at a fixed time each day to get the maximum benefit from it.Using of Deferglob 250mg Tablet may cause common side effects such as nausea, headache, constipation, and diarrhea. If the side effects persist or worsen, inform your doctor.Before using this medicine, let your doctor know if you have any kidney or liver diseases. Let your doctor also know about all the other medicines you are taking to ensure your safety.


Alcohol: It is not known whether it is safe to consume alcohol with Deferglob 250mg Tablet. Please consult your doctor. Pregnancy: Deferglob 250mg Tablet is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Deferglob 250mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Driving: Deferglob 250mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Kidney: Deferglob 250mg Tablet is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor. Liver: Deferglob 250mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Deferglob 250mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If Forget: If you miss a dose of Deferglob 250mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
