Nitrogesic Rectal Ointment works by relaxing the muscles around the blood vessels which reduces pressure inside the anus and relieves pain. This treats pain associated with anal fissures, hemorrhoids, and hemorrhoidectomy.
In Treatment of Anal fissureAn anal fissure is a small tear or crack in the lining of the anus, often causing pain and discomfort, especially during bowel movements. On application, Nitrogesic Rectal Ointment helps relax the smooth muscles around the anal area and increase blood flow. This improves blood circulation to the area, reducing muscle tension and promoting the healing of the fissure.
