Kapiflo Ear Drop is an antibiotic, used in the treatment of bacterial ear infections. It cures the infection by stopping further growth of the causative microorganisms.Kapiflo Ear Drop is for external use only. Take it in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Hold the dropper close to the ear without touching it. Gently squeeze the dropper and place the medicine inside the ear. Do not touch the tip to any surface, or to your ear, to avoid contamination. Avoid skipping any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better.This medicine generally has minimal or no side effects. However, it may cause dizziness, taste chance, irritation in the ear, or ear pain. If you experience any of these side effects which does not resolve on their own or get worse, consult with your doctor.

Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Kapiflo Ear Drop is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.To reduce the amount of Kapiflo Ear Drop that reaches the breastmilk, place pressure over the corner of the eye for 1 minute or more, then remove the excess solution with an absorbent tissue. If Forget: If you miss a dose of Kapiflo Ear Drop, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
