It works by relaxing the blood vessels and making the heart more efficient at pumping blood throughout the body. It also removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body.Sartelbeta Plus 12.5mg/25mg/40mg Tablet ER can be taken with or without food, but take it at the same time to get the most benefit. It makes you lose excess water through urine, hence try to take it at day time or 4 hours before bedtime to avoid frequent urination at night. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. Pregnancy: Sartelbeta Plus 12.5mg/25mg/40mg Tablet ER is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Sartelbeta Plus 12.5mg/25mg/40mg Tablet ER is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. Driving: Sartelbeta Plus 12.5mg/25mg/40mg Tablet ER may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Kidney: Sartelbeta Plus 12.5mg/25mg/40mg Tablet ER should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Sartelbeta Plus 12.5mg/25mg/40mg Tablet ER may be needed.
