Ceftrivin 250 Injection is an antibiotic belonging to the cephalosporin group, which is used to treat bacterial infections in your body. Most studies have shown low or no risk to the developing baby. Breastfeeding: Ceftrivin 250 Injection should be used with caution during breastfeeding. Breastfeeding should be held until the treatment of the mother is completed and the drug is eliminated from her body. Driving: Ceftrivin 250 Injection may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Kidney: Ceftrivin 250 Injection is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Ceftrivin 250 Injection is recommended.However, inform your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. Liver: Ceftrivin 250 Injection should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Ceftrivin 250 Injection may be needed.
