Primozyn 25mg Injection is used to treat nausea and vomiting associated with motion sickness, or maybe before and after any surgery. It is also used in combination with other medicines to treat severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis).Primozyn 25mg Injection is given as an injection under the supervision of healthcare professionals. It should be taken as your doctor's advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Primozyn 25mg Injection is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby.For prolonged use and repeated doses of Primozyn 25mg Injection, observe the baby for excessive sleepiness. Driving: Primozyn 25mg Injection may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Kidney: Primozyn 25mg Injection is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Primozyn 25mg Injection may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.However, caution is advised in patients with severe kidney disease as it may cause excessive sleepiness in them.
