Newrox 150 Tablet is an antibiotic used to treat various types of bacterial infections. It is effective in resolving most infections of the respiratory tract, ear, nose, throat, lungs, and skin. It stops the growth of infection-causing bacteria and thus resolves the symptoms.Newrox 150 Tablet should be taken by mouth on an empty stomach. It should be used regularly at evenly spaced time intervals as prescribed by your doctor. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too early may lead to the infection returning or worsening.Commonly seen side effects seen with this medicine include nausea, vomiting, pain in the abdomen, and diarrhea. Alcohol: Consuming alcohol with Newrox 150 Tablet does not cause any harmful side effects. Pregnancy: Newrox 150 Tablet is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies. Breastfeeding: Newrox 150 Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby. Driving: Newrox 150 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Kidney: Newrox 150 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Newrox 150 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor. Liver: Newrox 150 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Newrox 150 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
