Alcohol: Consuming alcohol with Mapime 1gm Injection does not cause any harmful side effects. Pregnancy: Mapime 1gm Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies. Breastfeeding: Mapime 1gm Injection is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.Avoid prolonged use of Mapime 1gm Injection, since it may have possible effects such as rash and diarrhea. Driving: It is not known whether Mapime 1gm Injection alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react. Kidney: Mapime 1gm Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Mapime 1gm Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Liver: Mapime 1gm Injection is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Mapime 1gm Injection may not be needed in these patients.
