Alcohol: It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Makclop 5mg Injection. Pregnancy: Makclop 5mg Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies. Breastfeeding: Makclop 5mg Injection is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. Driving: Makclop 5mg Injection may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.Makclop 5mg Injection may cause drowsiness, dizziness, dyskinesia and dystonias which could affect the vision and may interfere with the ability to drive. Kidney: Makclop 5mg Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Makclop 5mg Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Liver: Makclop 5mg Injection is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Makclop 5mg Injection may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.
