Alcohol: It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop. Pregnancy: Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies. Breastfeeding: Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. Driving: It is not known whether Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react. Kidney: Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Liver: Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, the use of Dolospas 20 mg/500 mg Drop is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
