Breastfeeding: Information regarding the use of Coltos Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor. Driving: Coltos Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Kidney: Coltos Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Coltos Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.Use of Coltos Tablet may cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease. Liver: Coltos Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Coltos Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.However, the use of Coltos Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
