Biturest Tablet is used in the treatment of common cold symptoms. It provides relief from runny nose, sneezing, itching and watery eyes. It works by blocking the release of chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever.Biturest Tablet is taken with or without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. It is better to take it with food to avoid stomach upset. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. You should keep taking this medicine for as long as your doctor recommends. If you stop treatment too early your symptoms may come back and your condition may worsen. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Information regarding the use of Biturest Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor. Driving: Biturest Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Kidney: Biturest Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with kidney disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Biturest Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.Use of Biturest Tablet may cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease. Liver: Biturest Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Biturest Tablet may be needed.
