Volgesic Syrup contains Mefenamic acid and paracetamol as its active ingredients. Both these ingredients are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Volgesic Syrup works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause fever, pain, and inflammation (redness and swelling).
