P4 200 SR Tablet is a natural female sex hormone, progesterone. It is used to treat menstrual and pregnancy-related issues that are caused due to hormonal imbalance.You should use P4 200 SR Tablet as your doctor has advised. Do not use more or less than you have been advised and do not use it for longer than recommended. You may be asked to continue taking this medicine for a period after it is confirmed that you are pregnant.The most common side effects include headache, feeling very tired, stomach cramps, pain or swelling in your abdomen and feeling sick. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: P4 200 SR Tablet is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. Driving: P4 200 SR Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Kidney: There is limited information available on the use of P4 200 SR Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor. Liver: There is limited information available on the use of P4 200 SR Tablet in patients with liver disease. Please consult your doctor.

If Forget: If you miss a dose of P4 200 SR Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
