Migject Plus 40mg/10mg Injection is a combination of two medicines that helps in preventing migraine. This medicine is not used for treatment of acute migraine attack. It should be taken regularly at a fixed time preferably at night. This medicine should not be stopped without consulting your doctor. Lifestyle modifications like avoiding stress, smoking, and processed food items may help this medicine work better. It may cause sleepiness so try not to drive or do anything that requires mental focus after taking this medicine. Few common side effects of this medicine includes weight gain, slow heart rate, tiredness, depression, drowsiness, and cold extremities.


Alcohol: It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Migject Plus 40mg/10mg Injection. Pregnancy: Migject Plus 40mg/10mg Injection may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Information regarding the use of Migject Plus 40mg/10mg Injection during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor. Migject Plus 40mg/10mg Injection is a combination of two medicines: Propranolol and Flunarizine, which prevents migraine. Propranolol is a beta blocker and Flunarizine is a calcium channel blocker. They work by stabilizing the reactive nerve cells and increasing the threshold to migraine activation. They also inhibit cortical spreading depression (CSD- electric waves that move across the brain and cause pain and inflammation).
