Larzi 500mg Tablet is an antibiotic medicine used to treat bacterial infections in your body. It is effective in infections of the lungs (eg. pneumonia), ear, urinary tract, skin and soft tissues, bones and joints, blood and heart. It is also used to prevent infections during surgery.Larzi 500mg Tablet fights and stops the growth of many types of bacteria. This helps to improve your symptoms and cure the underlying infection. Your doctor will decide the correct dose for you. You should use this medicine regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Stopping the medicine too early may lead to the infection returning or worsening. The most common side effects of this medicine include rash and diarrhea. These side effects are usually mild but let your doctor know if they bother you or last more than a few days. Before using it, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any antibiotics, and if you have any liver or kidney problems. You should also let your healthcare team know all other medicines you are taking as they may affect, or be affected by this medicine. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctor before using it.

Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies. Breastfeeding: Larzi 500mg Tablet is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.Avoid prolonged use of Larzi 500mg Tablet, since it may have possible effects such as rash and diarrhea. Driving: Larzi 500mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Kidney: Larzi 500mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Larzi 500mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Liver: Larzi 500mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe liver disease. Dose adjustment of Larzi 500mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If Forget: If you miss a dose of Larzi 500mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
