Irosus 20mg/37.5mg Tablet is used in the treatment of heart failure. It is a combination of two medicines that effectively control symptoms of heart failure.Irosus 20mg/37.5mg Tablet should be taken with food regularly at a fixed time each day. You should take it regularly at evenly spaced intervals as per the schedule prescribed by your doctor. Taking it at the same time every day will help you remember to take it. The dose and duration of treatment will depend on what you are being treated for. Do not stop taking it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better. Lifestyle changes like a low-fat diet, exercise, and not smoking may help this medicine to work better.It is generally safe and suitable for most people but has some potential side effects. The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, low blood pressure, and loss of appetite. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. Hence, rise slowly while from a sitting position or avoid driving. Alcohol: Consuming alcohol while taking Irosus 20mg/37.5mg Tablet may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction). Pregnancy: Irosus 20mg/37.5mg Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Irosus 20mg/37.5mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Driving: Irosus 20mg/37.5mg Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.As Irosus 20mg/37.5mg Tablet may cause headaches or lead to difficulty in concentration and this may affect your ability to drive. If Forget: If you miss a dose of Irosus 20mg/37.5mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
