Fluka 2mg/ml Infusion belongs to a group of medicines called antifungals. It works by stopping the growth of fungus and is used to treat infections of the mouth, throat, vagina, and other parts of the body including fingernails and toenails. It kills fungi by destroying the fungal cell membrane.Fluka 2mg/ml Infusion is administered as a drip by a doctor or a nurse. You should not self-administer this medicine at home. Get the injection regularly to get the most benefit from it. You should not stop getting the injection before the full source is completed. If you stop treatment too early, the infection may return and if you miss doses you can increase your risk of infections that are resistant to further treatment.The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, rash, diarrhea, and vomiting. You could ask your doctor about ways of preventing or reducing these effects. You should stop taking the injection straight away if you have any signs of an allergic reaction or of heart problem. Signs of this include rash, swelling of the lips, throat or face, swallowing or breathing problems, feeling dizzy or faint, and nausea.Do not take the injection if you are pregnant or could become pregnant unless your doctor has told you to. Talk to your doctor before taking it if you have ever had heart failure, a weak immune system (including HIV/AIDS), kidney problems, or liver problems such as yellow skin (jaundice). This medicine may not be suitable for you. If your course of treatment is for more than a month, your doctor may want to check your liver by testing your blood. The medicine may also make you dizzy or cause blurred vision, do not drive or operate machines until it is safe.


Alcohol: Caution is advised when consuming alcohol with Fluka 2mg/ml Infusion. Please consult your doctor. Pregnancy: Fluka 2mg/ml Infusion is unsafe to use during pregnancy as there is definite evidence of risk to the developing baby. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Fluka 2mg/ml Infusion is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby. Driving: Fluka 2mg/ml Infusion may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive. Kidney: Fluka 2mg/ml Infusion is probably unsafe to use in patients with kidney disease and should be avoided. Please consult your doctor.Caution to be advised in patients with impaired renal function. Liver: Fluka 2mg/ml Infusion should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Fluka 2mg/ml Infusion may be needed. Please consult your doctor.

If Forget: If you miss a dose of Fluka 2mg/ml Infusion, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
