Etizolite-Beta Tablet is a prescription medicine used to treat anxiety disorder. It calms the brain by decreasing the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells. It also blocks the action of certain chemical messengers of the heart and blood vessels.Etizolite-Beta Tablet should be taken on an empty stomach. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Take this medicine in the dose and duration advised by your doctor as it has high habit-forming potential. If you miss a dose of this medicine, take it as soon as you remember. Finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. It is important not to stop taking this medicine suddenly as it may cause withdrawal symptoms. Avoid consuming alcohol while taking this medicine as this may reduce its effectiveness.Some common side effects of this medicine include confusion, memory impairment, slow heart rate, tiredness, and nightmare.  It may also cause dizziness and sleepiness. So, do not drive or do anything that requires mental focus until you know how this medicine affects you. Let your doctor know if you experience increased swelling around your legs or ankles, sudden weight gain or sudden shortness of breath while on the treatment.Take caution while taking medicine if you are suffering from liver disease. Your doctor should also know about all other medicines you are taking as many of these may make this medicine less effective or change the way it works. Inform your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy or breastfeeding.


Alcohol: It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Etizolite-Beta Tablet. Pregnancy: Etizolite-Beta Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Information regarding the use of Etizolite-Beta Tablet during breastfeeding is not available. Please consult your doctor. Driving: Etizolite-Beta Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.Etizolite-Beta Tablet may cause visual disturbances, hallucinations, fatigue, mental confusion, dizziness or tiredness. This may affect your driving ability. Kidney: There is limited information available on the use of Etizolite-Beta Tablet in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor. Liver: Etizolite-Beta Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Etizolite-Beta Tablet may be needed. If Forget: If you miss a dose of Etizolite-Beta Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

Etizolite-Beta Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Etizolam and Propranolol. Etizolam is a benzodiazepine. It works by increasing the action of GABA, a chemical messenger which suppresses the abnormal and excessive activity of the nerve cells in brain. Propranolol is a beta blocker which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers on the heart and blood vessels. This reduces heart rate, blood pressure, and strain on the heart.

It can also reduce feelings of restlessness, tiredness, difficulty concentrating, feeling irritable and sleep problems that often come with Anxiety disorder. It will therefore help you go about your daily activities more easily and be more productive. Keep taking this medicine even if you feel well. Stopping suddenly can cause serious problems.
