Refund Policy

  1. General Terms 

 
RxFinder Labs does not sell or ship any products or services directly through its platform. As a lead generator, we facilitate connections between users and NABL-accredited pathology labs for diagnostic services. Therefore, refund policies do not directly apply to our business operations. However, refund-related matters pertaining to diagnostic services are governed by the policies of the respective service provider. 

  1. Maximum Aggregate Liability 

 
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the maximum aggregate liability of the service provider for any claim—whether arising from tort, contract, or otherwise—shall not exceed the transaction amount or cost of the diagnostic test in question. The resolution of such claims shall be limited to either a re-test of the specific test in dispute or a refund of the price paid for that test, as per prevailing laws. 

  1. Standard Service Terms and Refund Limitations 

 
The service providers’ standard terms, including turnaround times (TATs), shall apply to all users. However, delays due to unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances shall not be considered grounds for refunds or claims against the service provider. Users acknowledge that no refund claims can be made due to such delays. 

  1. Contact Information for Refund Queries 

 
For any refund-related inquiries, users are advised to directly contact the respective pathology lab or service provider. RxFinder Labs does not process refunds on behalf of the labs and shall not be liable for any refund disputes arising between the user and the service provider. 

This policy is subject to change as per applicable laws and agreements with service providers. Users are encouraged to review this policy periodically for updates.
