Alcohol: Varclot Injection may cause excessive drowsiness with alcohol. Pregnancy: Information regarding the use of Varclot Injection during pregnancy is not available. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Varclot Injection is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. Driving: It is not known whether Varclot Injection alters the ability to drive. Do not drive if you experience any symptoms that affect your ability to concentrate and react. Kidney: Varclot Injection should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Varclot Injection may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Liver: Varclot Injection is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Varclot Injection may not be needed in these patients.
