No dose adjustment of Pyronil 125 mg/2.5 mg Tablet is recommended.However, caution is advised in patients with severe kidney disease as it may cause excessive sleepiness in them. Pregnancy: Pyronil 125 mg/2.5 mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Pyronil 125 mg/2.5 mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.The use of Pyronil 125 mg/2.5 mg Tablet is not recommended in children with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
