Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby.Parpex 0.5mg Tablet suppresses serum prolactin and may interfere with breastfeeding. Driving: Parpex 0.5mg Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.Parpex 0.5mg Tablet can cause hallucinations (seeing, hearing or feeling things that are not there). This may affect your ability to drive. Kidney: Parpex 0.5mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Parpex 0.5mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Liver: Parpex 0.5mg Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease.
