Nirfol 50mg Injection is a general anesthetic. It is used in major surgical procedures. It allows the procedures to be carried out without pain and distress. This injection is used in a hospital setting only.Nirfol 50mg Injection causes loss of consciousness which is reversible. It is administered under the supervision of a doctor or a nurse. U=You should not self-administer this medicine at home.The most common side effects include headache, vomiting, and nausea. Alcohol: It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Nirfol 50mg Injection. Pregnancy: Nirfol 50mg Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies. Breastfeeding: Nirfol 50mg Injection is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Driving: Nirfol 50mg Injection may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Kidney: Nirfol 50mg Injection is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Nirfol 50mg Injection is recommended.However, talk to your doctor if you have any underlying kidney disease. Use of Nirfol 50mg Injection can cause green discoloration of urine. Liver: Nirfol 50mg Injection is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Nirfol 50mg Injection may not be needed in these patients.
