Isorus Tablet is used in the treatment of heart failure. It is a combination of two medicines that effectively control symptoms of heart failure.Isorus Tablet should be taken with food regularly at a fixed time each day. The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, low blood pressure, and loss of appetite. If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. It makes you feel dizzy as of orthostatic hypotension (sudden lowering of blood pressure on standing). Hence, rise slowly while from a sitting position or avoid driving. You may be asked for regular monitoring of blood pressure while on the treatment.Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have liver or kidney disease. You must tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning pregnancy, or breastfeeding. Alcohol: Consuming alcohol while taking Isorus Tablet may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction). Pregnancy: Isorus Tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. Although there are limited studies in humans, animal studies have shown harmful effects on the developing baby. Your doctor will weigh the benefits and any potential risks before prescribing it to you. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Isorus Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Driving: Isorus Tablet may cause side effects which could affect your ability to drive.As Isorus Tablet may cause headaches or lead to difficulty in concentration and this may affect your ability to drive. Kidney: Isorus Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Isorus Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.Regular monitoring of blood pressure is recommended for better dose adjustment. Liver: Isorus Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease.
