Bestova 50 Capsule is a medicine used to treat female infertility. It increases the chances of pregnancy in women who have a problem with ovulation (release of an egg) or have a condition called polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Bestova 50 Capsule should be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time each day. It should be taken as advised by the doctor. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. The medicine is not recommended for a longer period. Some common side effects of this medicine include vomiting, hot flashes, headache and nausea.  If these bother you or appear serious, let your doctor know. There may be ways of reducing or preventing them. Breastfeeding: Bestova 50 Capsule is probably unsafe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug may pass into the breastmilk and harm the baby. Driving: Bestova 50 Capsule may cause blurring of your vision for a short time just after its use. Do not drive until your vision is clear. Kidney: There is limited information available on the use of Bestova 50 Capsule in patients with kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.However, based on the limited information available it is advised that Bestova 50 Capsule should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease.
