If your child develops an upset stomach, prefer giving it with food. You may require to give this medicine to your child for a few days to weeks, depending upon the severity of the disease. For maximum benefit, do not stop the medication abruptly by yourself even if your child starts to feel better and continue the medicine until the full prescribed course.
