Alcohol: Consuming alcohol while taking Cefaprex 1g Injection may cause symptoms such as flushing, increased heart beat, nausea, thirst, chest pain and low blood pressure (Disulfiram reaction). Pregnancy: Cefaprex 1g Injection is generally considered safe to use during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown low or no adverse effects to the developing baby; however, there are limited human studies. Breastfeeding: Cefaprex 1g Injection is safe to use during breastfeeding. Human studies suggest that the drug does not pass into the breastmilk in a significant amount and is not harmful to the baby.Avoid prolonged use of Cefaprex 1g Injection, since it may have possible effects such as rash and diarrhea. Driving: Cefaprex 1g Injection does not usually affect your ability to drive. Kidney: Cefaprex 1g Injection is safe to use in patients with kidney disease. No dose adjustment of Cefaprex 1g Injection is recommended. Liver: There is limited information available on the use of Cefaprex 1g Injection in patients with liver disease.
