Sitcom Forte Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Euphorbia Prostrata Extract and Calcium Dobesilate, which treats piles. Euphorbia Prostrata Extract is a plant extract while Calcium Dobesilate is a vasoprotective medicine. Together, they work on the walls of the small blood vessels and reduce their leakage and fragility. They also improve blood flow by decreasing viscosity/thickness of blood, thereby relieving inflammation (redness and swelling) and promoting healing.
