Rizact 10 Tablet is used in the treatment of acute attacks of migraine. It relieves the symptoms of migraine and prevents the attack from becoming worse. This medicine helps by narrowing the blood vessels, thereby relieving migraine headaches.Rizact 10 Tablet may be taken with or without food. However, it is advised to take it at the same time each day as this helps to maintain a consistent level of medicine in the body. Do not skip any doses and finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better and if you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember. You should continue to take this medicine for as long as the doctor advises and do not stop taking it suddenly.Side effects associated with the use of this medicine include dry mouth, sensation of heaviness, nausea, weakness, and paresthesia (tingling or pricking sensation). However, these are usually temporary and usually resolve on their own. Please consult your doctor if these do not subside or worry you.It may also cause sleepiness at the beginning of your treatment, so do not drive, operate machinery, until you know how this medicine affects you. This medicine may cause changes in your mood and you may feel depressed, therefore, regular monitoring of behavior is important. Pregnant or breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctor before taking this medicine.Inform your doctor if you are suffering from any heart problems, as the use of Rizact 10 Tablet is contraindicated in some heart diseases. However, the doctor may rarely prescribe it in some life-threatening situations if the benefits are more than the potential risks. Please consult your doctor. Breastfeeding: Rizact 10 Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Driving: Rizact 10 Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Kidney: Rizact 10 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with severe kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Rizact 10 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. If Forget: If you miss a dose of Rizact 10 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
