Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines used to treat various forms of female infertility. It works by replacing the natural hormone (estrogen) in the body and furthermore, widens the blood vessels to increase the blood flow of the uterus.Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet should be taken with or without food, preferably at a fixed time each day. This is done to ensure consistent levels of medicine in the body. It should be taken as per your doctor's advice. The dose and how often you take it depends on what you are taking it for. Your doctor will decide how much you need to improve your symptoms. Swallow the tablets whole with a glass of water. You should take this medicine for as long as it is prescribed for you.Diarrhea, nausea, stomach pain, and indigestion are some common side effects of this medicine. However, consult with your doctor if menstrual irregularities such as spotting or bleeding between menstrual periods or missed periods happen or bother you. Alcohol: It is unsafe to consume alcohol with Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet. Pregnancy: Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet is highly unsafe to use during pregnancy. Seek your doctor's advice as studies on pregnant women and animals have shown significant harmful effects to the developing baby. Breastfeeding: Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet is probably safe to use during breastfeeding. Limited human data suggests that the drug does not represent any significant risk to the baby. Driving: Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur. Kidney: Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Liver: Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet may be needed. If Forget: If you miss a dose of Endothik ES 1mg/25mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
