Alril Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of common cold symptoms. It provides relief from symptoms such as headache, sore throat, runny nose, muscular pain, and fever.Alril Tablet can be taken with or without food. The dose and duration will depend on the severity of your condition. If Forget: If you miss a dose of Alril Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
