Aclonova-MR Tablet is a combination of two pain relieving medicines (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol) and a muscle relaxant (Chlorzoxazone). The pain relieving medicines work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).
